After reviewing the Recurse Center's Diversity and Inclusion policy I noticed some aspects that provide for a good working environment. I like how their focus is to create a supportive work style by also accommodating. They provide for need-base living expenses which is a great opportunity for those who cannot afford. They note minorities by making sure they are included in their "Eligibility" section by giving grants for different uses. Their user manual is easy to maneuver.
